Camp notes

COVID-19
Should our sessions need to be cancelled due to the latest Government advice, Loves Football will refund the cost of the session.

Hand sanitiser will be available, although we request parents pack a small hand sanitiser bottle if possible (e.g. travel bottle).

COACHING
All our lead coaches are FA qualified, hold a DBS certificate and are first aid trained. In addition they are experienced coaches of local grassroots teams.

AREA
We will be using the grass football field, old bowling green and the 5 a side football court.

PARKING
There is ample parking directly in front of the main building. Please DO NOT park on the drive leading up to the Irish Centre.

REGISTRATION
Our coaches will register your child on the grass next to the car park; we'll also drop them back at the same point so please wait in your car.
Please follow the latest Gov.uk guidelines regarding social distancing. Under NO circumstances should you drop off or pick up your child without them being ticked off on the register.

EQUIPMENT
All players will be playing on both the grass and Astroturf.
Football boots (no metal studs) and Astroturf trainers are recommended for the grass.
Football boots are NOT allowed on the Astroturf so if you don't have Astroturf trainers, then make sure you bring your trainers!!!
If in doubt please ask to avoid disappointment - regrettably, no refunds will be given.

Shinpads are recommended to be worn for ALL children.

EQUIPMENT
Players are welcome to bring their own footballs, although please ensure they have the child's name on it! Loves Football will not be held responsible for any lost/burst footballs.

WELFARE
Please plan for the conditions! We’ll be outside for entire week aside from so a change of clothes is recommended. Please also ensure they have a packed-lunch and a drinks bottle (non single-use plastic please!)

TUCK SHOP
A small tuckshop will be available (crisps, chocolate, fruit, pop etc) - please remember to let Loves Football know of any allergies.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please ensure all kit is clearly labelled with your child's name.

DISCLAIMER
Whilst every effort will be made to minimise risk of injury, accidents can happen. By making this booking you do not hold Loves Football liable for any accident, injury or loss of belongings. Also, Loves Football will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due to secure payment and includes a non-refundable 25% deposit per booking. Should you need to cancel then the following refund applies:
2 weeks notice = 75% refunded
less than 2 weeks notice = 75% refunded if we are able to refill the space

SIBLINGS -
Sibling discount (25%) is automatically calculated at the time of booking. Please note, you MUST book siblings at the same time for this to apply. Please contact James on 07721 882769 if this doesn't work!!
