Camp notes

SIBLINGS -
Sibling discount (25%) is automatically calculated at the time of booking. Please note, you MUST book siblings at the same time for this to apply. Please contact James on 07721 882769 if this doesn't work!!

PAYMENT -
Class4Kids adds a booking fee should you decide to pay through them; you are welcome to pay LovesFootball directly to secure your booking (and avoid this charge) - contact James if you don't have the existing bank details. Please remember to put your child's first name and the date/week of the camp (i.e. Week 1) in the reference.

Full payment is required to confirm the booking.

AREA -
The camp runs on the Cricket Pitch at Kings Heath Cricket Club (247 Alcester Rd South, Birmingham B14 6DT). N.B. The entrance to the pitch/pavilion is via a short driveway directly opposite Livingstone Road and NOT through the clubhouse!

PARKING -
Please follow the car park all the way to the back of the club to avoid creating a bottle-neck

REGISTRATION -
Drop-off and pick-up station will be next to the Pavilion. Please form a nice orderly queue and DO NOT drop-off your child without them being ticked off on the register!

EQUIPMENT -
No studs or blades of ANY kind are allowed; Trainers and astroturf trainers only. You will not be allowed on the pitch by the groundstaff and regrettably, no refunds will be given. If in doubt, please ask to avoid disappointment! Shinpads are recommended to be worn for all children.

COVID-19 -
Hand sanitiser will be available, although we request parents pack a small hand sanitiser bottle if possible (e.g. travel bottle)

Players will be encouraged to bring their own footballs, although please ensure they have the child's name on it! Loves Football will not be held responsible for any lost/burst footballs.

WELFARE -
Please plan for the conditions, and ensure kids are warm, dry, have sun-protection (e.g. cap) and adequate water, food and sun cream as required.

TUCK SHOP -
A small tuckshop will be available (crisps, chocolate, fruit, pop etc)- please remember to let Loves Football know of any allergies.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS -
Children's kit (for packed lunch, coats etc) will be stored securely in a room on the Pavilion. Please ensure all kit is clearly labelled with your child's name!!
