Camp notes

COACHING
All our lead coaches are FA qualified, hold a DBS certificate and are first aid trained. In addition, they are experienced coaches of local grassroots teams. We also encourage continuous professional development in all areas.

AREA
Indoors - small hall available for younger children to train in
Outdoors - 3G pitch at Moseley School Fitness Centre and for older kids
Lunch - function room available

PARKING
There are several car parks at the venue, and we advise accessing from Springfield Road or College Road.

REGISTRATION
Drop-off and pick-up station will be at the main entrance to the building. Please note that parents are not allowed in the building, and we respectfully ask you to follow the latest Gov.uk guidelines regarding social distancing. Under NO circumstances should you drop off or pick up your child without them being ticked off on the register.

EQUIPMENT
Outdoor - whilst you are welcome to have normal trainers, we encourage moulded-studs or astroturf trainers which provide greater grip on the slippery 3G surface! No metals studs are allowed. If in doubt please ask to avoid disappointment - regrettably, no refunds will be given.
Indoor - normal trainers are fine here

Shinpads are recommended to be worn for all children.

COVID-19
Hand sanitiser will be available, although we request parents pack a small hand sanitiser bottle if possible (e.g. travel bottle).

WELFARE
A change of clothes is recommended. Please also ensure children have a packed-lunch and a drinks bottle (non single-use plastic please!).

TUCK SHOP
A small tuckshop will be available (crisps, chocolate, fruit, pop etc) - please remember to let Loves Football know of any allergies.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please ensure all kit is clearly labelled with your child's name.

FOOTBALLS
Players will be encouraged to bring their own footballs, although please ensure they have the child's name on it! Loves Football will not be held responsible for any lost/burst footballs.

DISCLAIMER
Whilst every effort will be made to minimise risk of injury, accidents can happen. By making this booking you do not hold Loves Football liable for any accident, injury or loss of belongings. Also, Loves Football will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due to secure payment and includes a non-refundable 25% deposit per booking. Should you need to cancel then the following refund applies:
2 weeks notice = 75% refunded
less than 2 weeks notice = 75% refunded if we are able to refill the space

SIBLINGS -
Sibling discount (25%) is automatically calculated at the time of booking. Please note, you MUST book siblings at the same time for this to apply. Please contact James on 07721 882769 if this doesn't work!!
